The space
Very comfortable flat with charming conservatory used as a dining room overlooking the lovely private garden.
The flat is quiet and you would never think you are in London when stepping out in the garden as you can see squirrels and hear birds singing…
Could we please ask you to use extra care and remove any high heel shows when entering the flat to avoid damage the parquet floor.

Our location is our strength

Westfields, Holland Park and High Street Kensington are on your doorstep, and the closest London underground station – now operating a 24/7 service at weekends, is only 5 minutes away.

To enhance your stay, you will be welcomed by our hosting service, 0800 Concierge.

They will showcase the apartment, check you in, and be available to assist you for the rest of your stay.

We would ask that you check out before 11am on the day of departure, and also have some form of ID available for the hosting team when you arrive.

They will also offer you a guest information folder, with all instructions for the apartment.

Prior to your arrival, we would ask that you notify 0800 Concierge of your arrival time, and advise them of any delays that occur, should they happen.

check ins after 10pm will require an additional £20 per hour charge, and any delays not notified within 3 hours of arrival will occur the same costs.
