-I can accommodate late check-in after 10 pm for a fee of £30.

-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorised late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
