My place is perfect for Couples even with a Small Child to Solo Adventurers and Business Travellers!
My place is situated right in the Heart of the wonderful Kennington Village, just off Kennington Road and all the wonderful little array of independent Artisan Cafes, Castro Pubs, and Continental Restaurants. It is one the very few places in Central London where you are in quiet and picturesque settings, yet you can be in the heart of the city and everything literally within minutes! It is within walking distance to the IMPERIAL WAR MUSEUM, the CINEMA MUSUEM, LAMBETH NORTH, WATERLOO , THE OVAL AND VAUXHALL
Guest access
You will have complete and total access to this very spacious 600 Square Foot Designer Living Space, which features Trendy Designer Furniture, Original Artwork, Mood Lighting throughout and comes fully equipped with everything an Airbnb guest will expect and require. The very Large Open-Plan Kitchen/Living Space is just perfect for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine, or if you care to indulge in some home cooking. Or simply enjoy waking up to a wonderful morning with coffee over the huge Breakfast Island Bar! In the bedroom, you’ll find Freshly prepared quality “Cotton” Bed Linen, Hand and Bath Towels. The Bed itself is an Extra Large “European” King Size with an Excellent Quality “Lessa” Mattress for Superior Comfort, Support, and an Exceptional nights sleep. In the convenient En-Suite Washroom, as you Bathe, you are invited to experience the pleasure of complimentary Luxury Hand Soap/Shower Gel and Shampoo. There is also a “free of charge” allocated Private 24 hour Parking space available.
Other things to note
for clarification purposes, this property will only accept reservation “requests” with a proven guest track record, i.e., Only guests that have previously stayed on Airbnb with (at least x 2) positive reviews from hosts, with respect to Airbnb’s Non- discrimination policy”
in addition, valid “Government Identification” must also be updated for “All” guests staying (including the Second guest also!)
to their Airbnb profiles as verification. An actual clear photo of the main guest must also be added to their guest profile.

the reservation can enter the property at all times.

Other Points to consider:
When driving into central London… there is a daily “Congestion Charge” to pay..as the apartment is located in zone 1 (please check with the “Transport for London” website as Terms & Conditions keep changing! )
The Local Neighbourhood has a very strong reputation in London for being a very safe, clean, and peaceful community to live in. With this, the local residences thrive on maintaining the wonderful environment it has created and expects the same of this from all welcomed visitors.
