We began when two Airbnb landlords who wanted to benefit from London’s strong short term rental demand became constrained by the local 90 day rule and decided to do something about it. They quickly realised that there was no specialised online platform for monthly stays even though in the post-Covid world there were more and more people seeking mid-term lets.
From digital nomads to corporate executives to travelling nurses, the world is now full of people wanting to experience living in a different type of local community but with the design style and convenience of a boutique hotel. With a goal to create a more cost-effective accommodation option than a hotel or Airbnb, but with the same convenience, Monthly Stays was born.
